Your data is precious to us and therefore we only use it for our own basis. We do not under any circumstances share your data with any third party.

We only collect the personal data that you complete for services that you have with us at Spruce Property Services and any contact us form that you complete on the website.

All data that we hold, we review on a yearly basis and delete anything we don’t need.

Right to be removed

In order to do this, all you have to do is reply to any email from us and click “unsubscribe’ and your data will be removed. We will remove any data within one month of your request.

We will respond with your data via email; please specify if you would like your data sent to you in any other format. We will always respond to your request within one month of your request.

To receive these emails, you must have opted in If you have opted in, you can opt out at any time. (See Right to be removed) We will never send out any emails that conceals our identity, therefore providing you with a valid contact address for you to opt out or unsubscribe.
